That is how I have always served them on menus, and they will make you an incredible Christmas Day breakfast. You will have most likely heard of Eggs Benedict well this dish, in my humble opinion, is a much nicer and definitely more extravagant dish.

Maybe a few naughty children in the village threw eggs or played other pranks on Mischief Night. However, no one really celebrated Halloween. Now it is big business with costumes, pumpkin lanterns, and trick or treating for sweets and chocolates. And I have to say I love it.
